Cairoli takes eventful Brazilian Grand Prix and MX1 World Title

The Brazilian Grand Prix handed overall winner Tony Cairoli and KTM their first success in the MX1 class since their association started at the beginning of the 2010 season, marking also the debut of the revolutionary KTM 350 SX-F which Cairoli exploited fully to win his fourth World Title in a hot day at Campo Grande. Ken Roczen took victory in the MX2 class after two battles with series leader Marvin Musquin, ending second overall.

Dungey Leads International Podium with Eighth Straight Win

After a three-week break, the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship returned to action for Round 9 on Saturday with the Rockstar Energy Unadilla National from Unadilla Valley Sports Center. A massive crowd was on hand as the world's best riders attacked one of the most legendary tracks in the country. After four motos, Rockstar/Makita Suzuki's Ryan Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., took his eighth consecutive 450 Class win while GEICO Powersports Honda's Trey Canard, of Shawnee, Okla., grabbed his fourth straight 250 Class victory.

Tony Cairoli scored his 35th career GP victory

Cairoli took a comfortable holeshot in the first moto and held onto the lead until lap 11 when Tanel Leok slipped by. In typical fashion, Cairoli played the waiting game until the last two laps then went on the attack but was unable to gain the advantage on the Estonian racer.

Cairoli takes Czech GP – Team mate Musquin wins MX2

With the weather making up for yesterday’s rain with a bright sun, the Bonver Grand Prix of Czech Republic turned up to be another hard fought round of the FIM Motocross World Championship handing victories to Tony Cairoli in the MX1 class and Marvin Musquin in the MX2 class, both leading their respective Championship and holding a chance to wrap up the Title in the next round in Brazil.
