Americans dominate the first night in Paris

Celebrating this year its 29th anniversary, the Supercross of Bercy fueled by Monster had a great success in this opening night, with intense, spectacular and undecided races. It was a strong show for the fans that filled the stadium, to celebrate an American triumph.
Except the Super Pole session, where all the riders had just one attempt to post the fastest possible lap, the American riders won all the races tonight: semi finals, American race, and final event! They just let to their rivals the Super Pole, where Gregory Aranda confirmed his ability and beat Barcia.

Over there in Japan

The Honda World Motocross Team have taken a debut overall victory with the new 2012 Honda CRF450R.
Competing at the Sugo round of the Japanese National Championship, team riders Rui Gonçalves and Evgeny Bobryshev had their first opportunity to familiarise themselves with the machinery they will be using to contest the 2012 MX1 World Championship – and they would start just as they mean to go on, putting it on the top step of the podium.

Supercross and Motocross Champion Sweeps Night’s Main Events

The inaugural Monster Energy Cup from Las Vegas’ Sam Boyd Stadium was intended to be the ultimate challenge of supercross and motocross disciplines. A cool million was up for grabs if any rider was able to sweep each of the three 10-lap main events on a one-of-a-kind hybrid track. With such a talented field of riders assembled, this task was supposed to be one of the toughest in the sport’s history, but on Saturday night, Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto made it look easy.

Dutch hattrick for Ken De Dycker

Honda CRF450R mounted Ken De Dycker dominated both MX1 races at the final round of the Dutch Open Motocross Championship today in Mill. It was De Dycker’s third overall victory out of the three meetings in the Dutch series he took part in. The fast Belgian was accompanied on the podium by countryman Marvin Van Daele, Ronnie Van Rooij came third.

Shaun Simpson claims Belgian crown, De Dycker wins

Nineteen years after Billy Liles from Georgia (USA) captured the Open Belgian Motocross title LS
Honda Racing's Shaun ‘Braveheart’ Simpson (23) became the second ever non-Belgian rider to win the highly regarded
series! Simpson is originally from Gauldry, Fife in Scotland but lives in Overpelt, Belgium during the motocross season.

Team USA retakes the Chamberlain trophy

Team USA obtained their 22nd Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations victory in Saint Jean d’Angely ahead of team France and team Australia. It was not an easy win for the Americans, who had to give it all in the last race to take the Chamberlain Trophy back to the USA.

Team USA rules Qualifying Classification in Saint Jean d’Angely

The 65th edition of the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations started today in the hard pack of Saint Jean d’Angely with the three qualifying races. Team USA dominated completely the three heats and they will be the first ones to choose the starting gate tomorrow for the main event.
