Leok wins eventful Catalan Grand Prix

A hard fought Catalan Grand Prix was won by Tanel Leok in the MX1 class and by Marvin Musquin in the MX2 class, with both charging really hard to top two very close podiums. Leok made his comeback to victory after his win of Faenza in 2009 as Musquin continued his winning streak.

Desalle and Musquin top Portuguese podium

A breathtaking Portuguese Grand Prix ended with an unexpected victory for Clement Desalle, securing the MX1 Grand Prix with two laps to go in moto two. Marvin Musquin instead came back to victory by taking both moto’s.
Tony Cairoli took second in the GP to maintain the MX1 red plate as team mate Max Nagl rounded off the podium in third. Xavier Boog and David Philippaerts rounded off the top five.

Weimer Wins Dave Coombs Sr. East/West Shootout

Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki’s Ryan Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., won his sixth AMA Supercross class main event tonight at the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, finals inside Sam Boyd Stadium. For the first time in his career, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer, of Rupert, Idaho, won the Dave Coombs Sr. East/West Shootout.

Weimer Claims Lites Class Championship as Hansen Scores Main Event Win

In sloppy conditions at Rice-Eccles Stadium, Kevin Windham, of Centerville, Miss., won his second consecutive Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, race in front of 38,882 fans that braved the rain and snow tonight. Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer, of Rupert, Idaho won the Western Regional AMA Supercross championship, and his teammate Josh Hansen, of Elbert, Colo., won the main event, marking the first win of his season.

KTM’s Cairoli thrills the crowd and takes his 31st career GP win in Valkenswaard

Cairoli still unbeatable- Roczen takes over MX2 lead

A great weekend of Motocross racing ended with home rider Jeffrey Herlings’ win in front of a healthy crowd watching also his team mate Antonio Cairoli take victory in the MX1 class.
The Italian won heat one and made up for two crashes in the second heat by taking another win. Steve Ramon was second on the podium with David Philippaerts third as both clinched their first rostrum finish of 2010. Cairoli retained the red plate.

Tickle Breaks Through for First Career Victory in Western Lites Return to Action

Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, made its return West on Saturday night in front of 51,442 fans at Qwest Field. After an exciting evening of action one week ago that changed the complexion of the AMA Supercross class championship, all eyes were on Rockstar/Makita Suzuki’s Ryan Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., who needed to finish sixth or better to secure the title in his rookie season.

Nagl on top in Eastern Germany

KTM MX1 factory rider Max Nagl topped the podium in the ADAC MX Masters in Germany's Fürstlich Drehna thrilling the 12,000 fans that flocked to support their hero, the current MX1 vice-world champion. Max took victory in tough competition, relegating his MX1 world championship rivals Steve Ramon and Clement Desalle into the minor places.
