Oldekamp keeps German MX2 championship lead

The Silent Sport Racing Team went out to eastern Germany for the 4th round of the German MX2 championship. 19 year old Lars Oldekamp kept the lead with a thrird overall position while team mate Michael Kaussen was happy with a 15th overall result.

Cairoli takes MX1 GP of Benelux

Red Bull KTM factory rider Tony Cairoli continued to paint everything Orange on Sunday in Lierop, the Netherlands taking his eighth GP win for the season and his 37th career GP victory. Cairoli was already affirmed as MX1 World Champion in the last round in Brazil.

Cairoli and Paulin win in Lierop-Musquin takes MX2 Title with second overall

Marvin Musquin finished second overall in the Benelux Grand Prix but was crowned the 2010 FIM MX2 World Champion already after the first heat thanks partly to Roczen’s misfortune, pulling out of the opening moto. The Grand Prix victory went on hands of his compatriot Gautier Paulin. In MX1 Antonio Cairoli struggled a little bit on the Dutch track but managed to clinch the overall victory and continues breaking records in the History of the sport.

Windham Makes Long Awaited Return to the Top of the Podium

The 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship hosted Round 11 of the 12-race season on Saturday with the annual Labor Day tradition that is the FMF Steel City National from Steel City Raceway. Thousands of the most avid east coast motocross fans lined the fences to watch longtime veteran and fan favorite Kevin Windham, of Centreville, Miss., take the overall win in the 450 Class for Honda Red Bull Racing.

Rookie Dungey Captures Championship Title with Ninth Straight Win

The Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship returned to action on Saturday with the Rockstar Energy Southwick National presented by Traxxas, Round 10 of the 12-race season, from Moto-X 338 in Southwick, Mass. Keeping up with the dominating trend he's set this season, Rockstar/Makita Suzuki's Ryan Dungey, of Belle Plaine, Minn., raced to his ninth consecutive 450 Class victory by sweeping the day's motos and in the process, secured the premier class title with two rounds remaining. In the 250 Class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Tyla Rattray, of South Africa, captured his second career victory.

A one race only series

After more than a week of training and testing since the Motocross Outdoor National race at Unadilla, a difficult decision was reached today by James Stewart and Team to withdraw from the remainder of the Outdoor National race series. Due to his abbreviated Supercross season, Stewart, with the full support of his Team, had hoped to return to the track much earlier in the Outdoor National Series.
